We recommend booking a fitting so we can give you our full attention, but you are welcome to call in during opening hours. For trade partners, we prefer scheduled appointments to ensure a senior tailor is available to discuss your requirements.

How long do alterations take?

Most standard alterations take 7–10 days. Express turnaround is available with a 30% surcharge — ask at your fitting and we will confirm availability based on our current workload.

What should I bring to my fitting?

Bring the garment you want altered, and ideally wear or bring the shoes and underlayers you plan to wear with it. For suits and jackets, a dress shirt helps us judge sleeve length and shoulder fit accurately.

Do you alter bespoke and made-to-measure garments?

Yes. This is our specialty. We understand the construction of handmade garments — floating canvases, hand-stitched linings, working cuffs — and alter them without compromising the original make.

Absolutely. We handle specialist materials including leather, suede, silk, cashmere and high-value designer fabrics that high-street shops typically turn away.
